Interest rate and Lender fee is based on each individual application. 

Consideration is given to:

  • available liquidity
  • the Company and Directors credit history
  • deposit level, loan to value ratio.
  • security – collateral
  • past achievements, experience, reputation and character
  • projected demand and expected value of the finished project
  • in the loan offer we disclose all terms and conditions to the potential borrower.
  • Kings Finance only lends to businesses.
